About

I bring more than three decades of experience founding and growing mission-driven organizations. My career began in Texas, where I launched a design firm, and later expanded to Asia, where I built and led a jewelry brand for more than a decade.

When my son was diagnosed with cancer, I saw firsthand how families needed more than medical care. They needed emotional and community support. That experience led me to found LOVE, NILS, a nonprofit that became nationally recognized for advancing psychosocial care for children and families in Singapore, operating across three hospitals.

In 2026, I transitioned the organization responsibly, ensuring its core program would continue supporting families for years to come.

Today, I work with nonprofit leaders and mission-driven organizations to clarify vision, sharpen strategy, and build disciplined systems that translate purpose into lasting impact. I bring entrepreneurial perspective, operational depth, and leadership experience earned through building, scaling, and guiding organizations through complexity.
